This data protection declaration is intended to inform you as a user of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator Anlagenbau Austria GmbH.

As the website operator, we take your data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions.   1. Access data

When you use our website for information purposes only, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect at most the data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security.

Based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO), we collect data on accesses to the website and store these as “server log files” on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of misuse. If data must be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

We only collect, use and disclose your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of the data and provide it to us for the purpose of initiating or concluding a contract or a business relationship.

Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you as a person and that can be traced back to you – for example, your company, your name, your e-mail address and telephone number, contract data, etc.

Contact by e-mail

When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us on the basis of your consent in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after the processing is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

The legal basis for the processing is the implementation of pre-contractual measures within the meaning of Art 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, which are carried out on the initiative of the applicant. This processing is only subject to the obligation to provide information, not to consent by the applicant him/herself.

We process the data and documents that you have submitted to us. The following data – if transmitted – is recorded by us:

Storage period

Your data will be deleted by us no later than 7 months after a successful rejection. If you become part of the #ABA team, we will transfer the data and documents received from you to the personnel file created for you. Your data will not be passed on.

  1. Newsletter

The website operator offers you a newsletter in which he informs you about current events. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide a valid e-mail address. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive the newsletter and to the explained procedures. The newsletter is sent by Anlagenbau Austria GmbH.

Revocation and termination: You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus cancel the newsletter subscription. After your cancellation, your personal data will be deleted. IP anonymisation is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The user’s IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.

Under the terms of the data sharing agreement that we, as the website operator, have concluded with Google Inc., the latter uses the information collected to evaluate website usage and website activity and provides services related to internet usage.

The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, e.g. to create reports on website activity in order to improve our online offering.

We use social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.. Personal data, such as the IP address from the respective provider, is processed and cookies are applied when you visit the social media sites. We use these services to be able to get in touch with you and to communicate with you if necessary.



Our website uses functions of the social media network LinkedIn and we operate our own LinkedIn profile. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 Weste Maude Avenue Sunnyvale, CA 94085 USA. A connection to LinkedIn’s servers is established each time you access our website, which contains functions from LinkedIn. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. On our website, we use plugins from the provider Vimeo. Vimeo is a video portal founded in 2004 by the US company Vimeo LLC, originally based in White Plains, New York.

Through the use of this service, a transfer of personal data to the USA takes place or cannot be ruled out.

Some services process personal data in the USA. By consenting to the use of these services, you also consent to the processing of your data in the USA in accordance with Art. 49 (1) lit. a DSGVO. The USA is considered by the ECJ to be a country with an insufficient level of data protection according to EU standards. As a user, you have the right to request information free of charge about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and to have your personal data processed restricted or deleted. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:

The data will be deleted by us as soon as storage is no longer necessary or legal storage obligations, such as those under turnover tax law, have expired. Provided that your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
