People & Culture
The various skills and needs of our staff are extremely important to us, so we try to challenge them and promote their development. Our top priority is to respect every single member of staff, so we aim to give everyone meaningful work that inspires them. And we focus on providing experience, meeting people’s needs, listening closely and facilitating continuous mutual feedback. This helps us boost staff motivation, create a stronger sense of identity with the aims of the company, and forge a positive company culture.
We want you to feel at home as soon as you join us, so we’ve developed an onboarding process which will ensure you’re familiar with what you most need to know – even before your first day on the job.
Close relationships with our staff really matter to us. So a week before you start, we’ll send you an email welcoming you to our company, with the information you need about us and a plan for your first day.
When you start, you’ll be assigned a buddy to help you settle in during your first few weeks.
The Q-Wiki gives you an insight into how we work and the workflows in our departments – this is the first knowledge transfer.
After a month, you’ll have a feedback meeting with your supervisor. This is an opportunity for both of you to talk things through and learn from and with each other. We want people to be open and honest and to value and respect each other.
