As IMS Manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining our integrated management system (IMS). This system covers the areas of quality, environment, occupational health and safety (QHSE). Your strengths include the further development of strategies and guidelines for our integrated management system (IMS). As IMS Manager, you will help ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific standards. You coordinate and participate in internal and external audits and certification processes. You develop and implement training programs for our employees, which are designed to promote understanding of the IMS.

Your strengths

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental management or comparable)
Knowledge of relevant system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing IMS systems
Audit experience and certification is preferred
IWE training or welding knowledge in the field of TIG or orbital welding is preferred
Communication and training skills
