You are a dedicated and experienced internal communications professional who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to optimize our internal communications. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in fostering a smooth flow of information and transparent communication within our company. You will be responsible for creating and coordinating internal communication materials, such as newsletters, internal social media, and emails. To improve the internal communication skills of our employees, you will conduct internal trainings and workshops and continuously evaluate internal communication measures for optimization potential.

Your strengths

Completed studies in the field of communications, journalism or comparable training
Professional experience in internal communications, ideally in a similar environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
Experience in using various communication channels and tools
Creativity and presentation skills on complex information
Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends in the field of photo and video
