You will actively support the redesign and implementation of innovative system platforms that drive our digital processes forward. You will be responsible for the administration and processing of support requests for Microsoft Office 365. You will be involved in the provision and administration of our IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for monitoring our systems, including the corresponding documentation. You will analyze any software and hardware problems that arise and find suitable solutions.
In collaboration with our IT-Systemadministrator, you will process and resolve all end-user inquiries regarding IT faults, questions and change requests. You will provide support with end-user administration, including creating new users and assigning rights. You will also be actively involved in internal projects on exciting topics such as 3D printing, VR/XR and data science.
