Group IV in the collective agreement metal trades with a gross salary of EUR 4.000,-*
* The actual salary consists of qualification and professional work experience.

You will analyze and continuously optimize existing company and value-added processes and create detailed process documentation, including process flows, work instructions and process descriptions. You identify potential for improvement and develop measures for process optimization and work closely with various departments to collect and refine process data.

You will plan and implement change management initiatives as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP) and ensure the sustainable anchoring of CIP measures in the company.

You will support the development and implementation of change strategies increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. You will moderate and support change projects, including workshops and meetings.

You develop and implement training programs for employee development based on the company and value creation processes. You will conduct training courses and workshops to promote process competence and support employees in change processes.

Your strengths

  • Completed training in the field of industrial engineering or a comparable qualification (Technical Academy, University, College)
  • Several years of professional experience in process and change management
  • Knowledge of methods and tools of process management and process optimization, in particular the continuous improvement process (CIP)
  • Experience in the creation and implementation of training programs
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong communication and moderation skills
  • High level of initiative and independence
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate
