Do you have a talent for organization and love taking on responsibility in a dynamic environment? Then we are looking for you! In this exciting position, you will be responsible for handling the entire procurement process – from requesting quotations to placing orders and tracking deadlines. You will also be responsible for processing order confirmations and complaints.

You will keep our ERP system up to date by maintaining master data and creating articles. You will also support our team with invoice verification as a vacation replacement and take on additional organizational tasks in the back office to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your strengths

Completed commercial training (Apprenticeship, Commercial Academy)
Basic technical understanding
Several years of purchasing experience, ideally in steel or plant construction an advantage
Understanding of technical products and their procurement
Experience with ERP systems an advantage
Cost awareness
Accurate and structured way of working
