As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales strategy and the expansion of our market share in plant and pipeline construction. You will act as the central interface between our customers, internal departments and project teams in order to seamlessly translate technical requirements into marketable solutions. Your tasks will include developing and effectively implementing well-founded sales strategies to open up new markets and further expand existing customer relationships.
You will drive the acquisition and support of our key customers in the field of plant and pipeline construction, always focusing on identifying the technical and economic needs of our customers. In close cooperation with project management and engineering, you will develop customized solutions that combine technical innovation and economic efficiency.
You will also conduct complex negotiations, using your technical understanding and industry knowledge to convince customers of our solutions. You will be responsible for proposal management, calculating offers and ensuring that projects are profitable for the company without losing sight of the high demands of our customers. By continuously observing the market and analyzing the competition, you will recognize trends and growth opportunities in plant engineering at an early stage and use them to make strategic decisions and ensure the company’s long-term success.
Your strengths

Completed technical training (Technical Training, University, College) or comparable training in the field of plant engineering, pipeline construction or mechanical engineering

Several years of experience in sales of complex projects in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Professional appearance, confident communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with customers and partners

A high degree of initiative and a solution-oriented way of working
