You are experienced in planning and organizing trainings and workshops for our construction employees. Your goal is to take their technical skills, safety awareness, and teamwork to the next level. You are a pro at creating training materials and resources that effectively support our employees. Working closely with project teams is second nature to you, and you ensure our staffing plans are optimized for each project site.
You bring experience in recruiting highly skilled construction staff and conduct aptitude testing to ensure we hire talented professionals who fit our company culture. Your responsibilities will be to select, audit, and recruit outside contractors and subcontractors for pipeline construction. You will build a pool of outside personnel to handle peak workloads and provide flexible resource planning. This allows us to complete our projects on time. You will monitor tooling and installation costs on our projects and optimize tooling resource planning to ensure we are operating efficiently and cost effectively.
