As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be our expert in recruitment and help us to attract and retain the right specialists for our company. With your expertise, you will develop innovative recruiting strategies, optimize processes and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

In our People & Culture team, you will take responsibility for recruiting and ensure that we attract the best talent for our company. From the initial approach to the final contract signature, you will accompany the entire process and ensure a first-class candidate experience. You will develop innovative recruiting strategies, strengthen our employer brand and bring fresh ideas to recruitment.

You will identify potential candidates, use modern recruiting methods and target talent via active sourcing. You will work closely with the specialist departments to find the best profiles and manage the entire application process – from job advertisement to recruitment. You will use creative HR marketing measures to ensure that our company is perceived as an attractive employer. You will also optimize recruiting processes, implement modern tools and analyze relevant key figures in order to continuously develop our People & Culture strategy.

Your strenghts

  • Completed higher commercial education (FH, university) with a focus on human resources, economics or comparable training, preferably in HR
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting (at least 3 years), ideally in a technical or specialized environment
  • Knowledge of active sourcing, social recruiting and modern recruiting technologies
  • Experience in working with applicant management systems and recruiting software
  • A keen sense for talent and market trends
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Fluent English skills
