As a Work Preparer in our prefabrication department in Kühnsdorf, you will ensure that our processes run smoothly. Your main task is to coordinate and carry out efficient work preparation activities to ensure optimal production performance. This includes, among other things, the creation and preparation of production documents. In these documents, you carefully consider the requirements of our customers, project-specific requirements and our internal quality standards.

Your strengths

Completed technical education or comparable qualification
Experience in work preparation or production planning is an advantage
Good knowledge in the use of EDV programs
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills to work effectively with different departments
High degree of independence and reliability
Distinct technical understanding
Willingness to engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of current developments in the industry
